Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at Four Rooms Luxury Suite, the guest accepts these terms and conditions in full.

Reservations

Bookings are confirmed after availability check and agreement on payment terms. Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include breakfast and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total stay. No-shows will be charged 100%.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Pets are allowed upon prior request. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Privacy Policy

Four Rooms Luxury Suite respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collected

We collect personal information you provide when submitting a booking request: name, email address, phone number and stay preferences. We do not collect or store payment data: deposit and balance arrangements are agreed directly with the guest after the booking is confirmed.

Your data is used exclusively to manage your reservation, communicate with you about your stay and fulfil legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
